Following a complete 2026 gut renovation, taken to the studs with luxury upgrades throughout, the property offers two separate homes (attached only by a 1 foot exterior wall) on an acre of private land right in the heart of North Conway Village. Multi-generational family trips, reunions, multiple families traveling together, and ski groups finally have a place where nobody draws the short straw on beds — Ten bedrooms (six with king beds!), luxury mattresses throughout, plenty of bathrooms for privacy, and two of everything: kitchens, living rooms, fully fenced in yards, hot tubs, laundry.
And the location is the real headline. You're under 1,000 feet from downtown — walk to restaurants, breweries, coffee, ice cream, gift shops, Zebs, Schouler Park, and the Saco River.
